A number of civilian boats that are not currently armed could have armed versions. This would allow one to simulate various kinds of police and criminal vessels. CIV 5 m. Speedboat Small Arms <-- a terrorist version with machine guns is already available (I might change the 12.7 mm. machine gun to a 7.62 mm. machine gun), but an additional version could be added where the people aboard only have a few pistols and rifles. Obviously, the boat couldn't stand up to much, but might give a coast guard helicopter or some other lightly armed patrol platform a bit of trouble.
