The newest iteration of the HUD4. Adds new platforms and squashes a few issues

This is the current release version HUD4 V 1.0.0 from Gunny. For all those who don´t like betas and want to use the official release as long until the V 1.1 Release is out.

This is the latest beta from Gunny. Usable until his V 1.1 Release comes out with ANW V 3.11

I place the latest files from Darren, he sent them to me a few days before the sad piece of news. People who made scens with HUD3 may find useful to have these files, to fill the gap between HUD3 and HUD-4.
