dbComp Database Comparison Utility

Featured Replies

Version 2006.01 of the Database Comparison Utility (dbComp) has been released.

Get it at http://www.harpgamer.com under the Tools section. This utility creates a listing of changes between two versions of a database.

Please submit your suggestions to this thread.

dbComp is a very old tool that can't fully compare the current databases, help in getting it up to current is appreciated.

Thanks to a request from Darren and permission granted by AGSI, DBComp development has resumed as of two days ago. The dear desire is for a functioning version by the end of the weekend. Even if that happens it will not be feature complete (i.e. it will hopefully not crash but it definitely will not handle every field and flag in the DB).

Tony,

Don't knock yourself out trying to get this done quickly. I'm just happy we can bring DBComp up to the current ANW Database format. Thanks for your efforts Tony, I appreciate them greatly.

Cheers

Darren
