after seraching around, i found intersitings infos about iranians airfields and it seems that HCDB should be updated a bit.

Tehran Intl, id.51879
conventional name is "Mehrabad Intl" (on Tactical Pilotage Chart), but "Tehran Mehrabad Intl" is usualy used.

In addition, the Command HQ of the Revolutionary Guards' Joint Chiefs of Staff and the "Ashoura Base," the headquarters of the Guards' Directorate of Operations, and "Bagheri Base," the HQ of the Revolutionary Guards' Directorate of Intelligence, i recommend to give a Prmary Vic Type rather than Secondary.

Rway Type: Since this rway have a length of about 2050 meters for landing, it's a VLarge rather than a Small.
