January 18, 200917 yr I've noticed that in the latest version of the HCDB, weapons based on the Mk 82 do more damage, and those based on the Mk 84 do significantly less, than in previous versions. I presume that this is based on a paper rules update, but what was the rationale? 'Enquiring minds want to know!'

I presume that this is based on a paper rules update, but what was the rationale? 'Enquiring minds want to know!' Yep, a H4 paper rules update. As for rationale for same, I missed that discussion between Larry, Chris, and the gang, so I'm not in a position to explain it further. Btw, there have been quite a few changes in the most recent versions of the annexes. Expect to see more in upcoming iterations of the HCDB.
