Hello

Everytime I try to add an helo to a destroyer or a non-CV ship I get this message:

3 days ago everything worked fine but I had a corrupt file at some point when using the PE editor. So I've been uninstalling and reinstalling for 3 times now and since then I always get this message. Any help would be really appreciated. 

If you would be so kind, please zip up your scenario file, commondb.res file and bonus points for pfData2005.mdb and post the zip file here.  

For future reference, an uninstall + reinstall is hardly every needed.  There are clean copies of the 'compiled' database files in the commondb.bak directory and clean copies of the PE and its data file in PE.bak.  

Oh, and what version of the game are you using?

Thanks a lot for the reply ! In my last uninstall-reinstall attempt I got this message :

 

I've used this installer : HarpoonUltimate-SetupRelease-v100c.exe for HUCE that I've purchased last november from Matrix. Solving it might help for the rest...First time I've installed the game this message appears but since it showed in the backgound that the installation was successful I've just clicked ok on it and proceeded forward and went to the next step of updating to the latest version using the updater everything seemed to work fine until I've crashed my database through PE editor than it started doing that error that I published in the first post and the I started to uninstall-reinstal but I still get the dame message all the time.

Please try running the installer with administrative permissions.  

I would also make sure to install the most recent patch after that installation.

I'll reiterate that once you have the game installed, you shouldn't need to reinstall, that's almost always a waste of time for HC.
