Two generated installations in SE are failed

When I was adding generic Port Facility, INTL, to the in progress scenario, I generate 3xPort Facility in a row, for later rename and replace them in the map for faster scenario building, and the result was:
- The first port is ok, is ZFp base, now in middle of the Black Sea.
- But pushing on the "Space" key, we can see the other two bases are irregularly name "Red Group ZD" and "Red Group ZE" !
