Point Defence DEBUG?

When playing the Mareks Tigris Incident scenario, testing the Phalanx facing (facing and related ammo expediture works fine), I get attached message, but I don't see any effect in the game (but I suspect Point Defence perhaps is doing any hit), the bizarre expression is "DEBUG Farragut PointDefence Got'em all".
