Scenario used: [CTD] SE on Alt start point.sc1

Long Description: ScenEdit will throw General Protection Fault error when multiple windows have been opened regardless of how those windows are closed.

 

Sequence to reproduce:

1. Select unit ZZC from test scen

2. Hit Cntrl+V (Alt start points)

3. Hit Edit button twice

4. If you try to exit out of the command by hitting cancel or anything else, you throw the GPF.

Expected behaviour: Multiple windows should not be opened. If opened, they should close with the Cancel command.

Observed behaviour: Cancel command does not successfully close windows.
