Scenario used: [CTD] Multiple windows open in SE.sc1

Long Description: ScenEdit allows multiple windows to open on Alt Start point command (Ctrl+V).

 

Sequence to reproduce:

1. Select unit ZZC from test scen

2. Hit Cntrl+V (Alt start points)

3. Hit Edit button twice

4. Two windows open.

 

Expected behaviour: Multiple windows should not be opened.

Observed behaviour: Only a single window should be opened when Edit button depressed.
