Carrier Battlegroup EMCON State

Hi Folks,

 

Back again - how can I switch my carrier battle group EMCON state to passive ??? I select the group icon and hit the sensor button - change the radar state to passive - but nothing happens - it stays active... Typically my carrier battle group is not part of a mission - just a "plotted" course and speed - I did try adding the group to a mission with an EMCON state of passive - that didn't work either... I did have a missile attack a few hours previously - but - I eliminated the threat and it's been quite ever since... Thought it might be prudent to switch back to passive to make us a bit harder to find... Any thoughts ?

which version are You playing: H3 V 3.6.3, H3 ANW V 3.9.4. or the latest H3 UE V 3.11.1 ?
