i was reading some old Naval SITREP issue when i noticed that Web Alert in the Issue #11 ( April 1997 ):

 

Brooks Rowlett gave us a heads-up about an electronic warfare tutorial at www.goldcrows.org/ewtutor1.htm.

It’s a great way of learning about a very technical subject, accessible to anyone with the interest.
