Is it possible to design a senerio in one DB (HUD 3 1.6.2) and change it to another (HUD 4 1.1.) ???

Yes, that change should pretty much just work.

I guess I just wasn't paying attention when I read the instruction manual. I didn't know that you could click on the load game screen and open any of the scenerios in any of the DB folders. Luckily their are intelligent people here who put up with novices like me. :P
