March 15, 201115 yr I sometimes wonder if some of the DoD took part in wargame exercise as OPFOR and hit their head on the way out, getting stuck in OPFOR mode... Operating behind enemy lines, they sabotage and disable as much as possible as time and exposure allows. IRST seems to be a no-contest winner in utility upgrades for your load carrying legacy fighters going forward....
