    "The Navy said Northrop is expected to deliver the ship by 2012" from the article. Is it just me, or does anyone else find it strange that during WWII we could pump out ships rather quickly, but in modern times it takes 5 years or more. Granted the modern ships are more technologically complex and advanced, but I would think that our ways and means of building them would be too. Lord knows we need a new LH_ class ship; several actually, but I still think the time it takes to build them is a bit too long. Jeff
