The latest updates appear here at HarpGamer firstly, in the HCE Beta Testing forum.

 

They are later incorporated into patches available for download from Matrix Games.

 

There have been no beta updates or patches that have added 'logistics' in the sense of refueling ships, rearming ships at sea or in port, etc.
