When I downloaded and installed HCCE 2005.b09c, I noticed that the installer didn't create a Start Menu shortcut to the Platform Editor. For any users who also noticed this problem, I created a shortcut pointing to the file pfBuild2002.mdb, and it seems to work fine.

 

I hope this helps anyone who has noticed this problem.
