December 8, 200520 yr Author fas.org states that most all of the AN/TPS-43's have been modified to the AN/TPS-75 standard. It also states that the "75" has a search area of about 240nm, less than what Harpoon lists for the "43" so I'd probably name it AN/TPS-75 but keep the Harpoon data of the "43" 86 other entries from google did not provide any much differing information.
