Debug Error in New SE

On Base Ashiya, Japan, when selecting Weapons in the Unit Display menu a Run-Time Check Failure #2 msg pops up. If you hit Ignore you can continue on normally without any additional problems.

Attached is a copy of the scenario I am running, Screen Shot of the fault and the latest copy of my db.
