New SE Run-Time Check Failure #3

When launching planes from airbases for search or attack a Run-Time Check Failure #3 error appears. If you hit ignore you are able to select target or patrol area. Doesn't matter weather it is a TG or airbase. Happens on both Red and Blue sides.

Attached is my latest scenario and db as well as some screen shots.
