Run-Time Check Failure #2 in Wscenedt32

When selecting a TG to edit a Run-Time Check Failure #2 occurs.

I was able to repeat the issue several times.

Attached is a copy of m y latest db HCEEFDB-150404 and HCEEFDB-150404-1, screen shot of the Run-Time Error and the latest copy of my edited copy of the Backyard scenario.

If I select Ignore I can edit my TG.

When using HCEEFDB-150404-1 the Run-Time Error does not happen.
