No linked file in from Order Writer in New SE

I was writing the orders for my first scenario.

 

I opened the Order Writer and linked the file to my scenario.

 

However when I open the scenario the orders.

 

The zip files have the latest db, scenario file, the word version of the orders and what looks like 2 files that were created with Red and Blue orders.

 

I’m not sure what I did wrong. If possible can you let me know what I did wrong and lead me down the right path.
