New SE Victory Conditions

When entering Victory conditions for Blue side in the Type Box and select Board Type, I get a "GetMemAnnexError" which causes the SE to crash.

When I try to open scenario in the GE. The GE just crashes with no error specified.

The zip file consists of 2 screen shots, latest version of my Fictional db, the SE log, and a copy of the scenario.

I tries to open a new game of my monster scenario and the GE opened without a problem using the latest db.
