Unable to Add Speen in PE

When adding AC to the PE was unable to add speed. No altitude bands/speed.

 

This happened on the 1st plane I added but eventually it finally appeared.

 

I have no idea how I made it appear.

 

Attached is a screen shot of the Altitude/Speed screen in the PE.
