129 Magazines on a Ship/Base

When going over 129 magazine on a ship or base both GE and SE Crash.

The zip file contains a copy of my latest db with the first db file HCEEFDB-160202 containing ship 4068, last ship in the ship annex, with 128 magazines.

The zip file HCEEFDB-160202-129 has the added 129th magazine to ship 4068.

There is a screen shot of both the GE and SE GetMemAnnexA messages.

Attached is a copy of the scenario that I plan to use for the next scenario in my series.
