Very Low Altitude

When flying a plane or helo at very low altitude the altitude is displayed as Periscope.

I think that is a little low for a plane to fly.

Even I haven't created a plane that can do that yet! :D

I have included a screen shot from my game as well as a small scenario displaying a helo flying at Periscope Altitude.

Please let me know if you need any additional info.
