AI controlled sub exceeding max depth

Noticed AI controlled submarines exceeding their max depth, especially while evading attack.

 

In attached savegame, observe Echo II SSGN going to Vdeep when max depth is Deep.

 

Savegame is from Backyard I, Westpac.
