Now he gets a letter from the head of Reporters without Borders calling him out for acting like a first rate bandito of ass.

I am not that familiar with cyberwarfare as it pertains to the pentagon but wouldn't this be a perfect usage of these guys. Unleash them on any servers that are providing storage for these idiots I know this doesn't eliminate the information once its out but if you do enough damage less people will make hosting services available to these guys in the future, the age old adage always applies money talks. Sometimes I miss the good old days of the CIA and their tactics during the cold war, they knew how to make people be gone.
