I work for the Medicaid Policy Development Section of the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals. In the past I have worked as a police officer (to put myself through college), a construction inspector, managed the family rental business, a social worker and supervisor of social workers, and mindless burereaucrat.

My interests are Military History, Manned Spaceflight History, Medieval and Ancient History, Golf, and of course, Harpoon. I am an old friend of Harpoon (board game in '90, computer game in '95) but new to scenario and database design. I am currently working on a database for HCE to include the navies of the Americas.

I am a member of the Opelousas Lions Club, a board member of the Louisiana Lions Children's Camp (www.lionscamp.org) and recieved the Lions International Leadership Medal for my service during the year of Katrina/Rita. If you can't find me at work, on the golf course, or at home reading or on my computer, I am probably visiting a Civil War site with my son.
