Text updates for HUD-4 database

I noticed that some of the platforms in the HUD-4 still have no text information listed for them. In addition, a few have the wrong text information (a couple of classes got their text information switched, etc.) Here are suggestions for updates to the database text:

61 Babr (no description): British Battle-class destroyer sold to Pakistan in the 1950s.

 

612 Badr: Corvette class operated by the Saudi Navy.
