This is simply a text change to increase the accuracy of the database. In fact, Malaysia (not Qatar) is the major user of this class, with over a dozen boats in service, although they're nearly 50 years old! A bit slow, but probably pretty good for keeping an eye on the neighbors or going after pirates or smugglers who do not have speed boats. As far as I know, there are no differences in the versions sold to various countries, although I understand some vessels only have machine guns rather than automatic cannon. In terms of playability, as far as Harpoon goes, I don't think there is much difference (maybe the range is slightly better with the 20 mm?)--they both do only 1 DP per hit; I suppose a second version of the platform could be added.
