The project was started in the late 1980s by the PZL (Polish State Aviation Works) and cancelled in 1994 due to a lack of funds. Another plane that never was, but...what if...??? (Imagine that by 2000 it is flying and by 2010 it is a popular export, so a squadron of them shows up every once in a while in some dispute in Africa or Asia...)
