March 1, 201313 yr ARTY M270 MRLS https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M270_Multiple_Launch_Rocket_System "The M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System (M270 MLRS) is an armored, self-propelled, multiple rocket launcher; a type of rocket artillery. Since the first M270s were delivered to the U.S. Army in 1983, the MLRS has been adopted by several NATO countries. Some 1,300 M270 systems have been manufactured in the United States and in Europe, along with more than 700,000 rockets. The production of the M270 ended in 2003, when a last batch was delivered to the Egyptian army." --Wikipedia Another widely produced and widely distributed MLRS system. A six-vehicle battery would have RoF (I'm assuming this is rounds per second, by the way) of 1, a capacity of 72, and DP 12 per rocket (they're pretty big rockets). The range on the rockets varies (there are several types) from about 20 miles to 40 miles. Apparently, it can fire ballistic missiles (MGM-140 ATACMS) out to 300 km. It carries 12 rockets or 2 missiles. I'm not sure how this would be modeled...maybe it would be better to have two platforms, one with 12 rockets per vehicle and one with 2 missiles? ANW HUD 4 v1.11
