Guatemala only has a small air force and a very small navy (a few patrol boats) but it might be involved in disputes in Central America. (Among other things, as I understand it, they have sometimes claimed that Belize should be part of Guatemala.)

1. The country should be added to the country menus in the scenario editor

 

2. Country-appropriate platforms in the database should be linked to that country, with dates of service, etc.

 

3. As time allows, country-specific platforms or country-specific variations on existing platforms should be added to the database.
