The maintainer will set it to when the request/issue has been fulfilled/addressed
If you see the request is refused
Any player who has tested the change can post to that effect and request that the icon be set to
Ideally the reporter will also test and then set the icon to

Odd error (?) for the text for the LMCS Chickadee...as far as I can tell, it is NOT the Moroccan version of the Sigma-class corvette (which does have its own listing elsewhere in the HUD-4). As near as I can tell, the Chickadee simply a copy of the LCS 2 Independence. (There is also an LCMS 1 Oriole, which appears to be a copy of the LCS 1 Freedom). Was there a reason for adding these quasi-duplicates? Assumed export versions of the LCS? (By the way, the Chickadee is not a bad name for a small warship. These birds are 5" tall and only weigh about as much as a mouse, but put out the birdseed and you will see they are aggressive little guys!) ANW HUD-4 v…

Shenyang J-5 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shenyang_J-5 "The Shenyang J-5 (Chinese: 歼击机-5; pinyin: Jianjiji-5; literally "Fighter-5"), originally designated Dongfeng-101 - (East Wind-101), and also Type 56 before being designated J-5 in 1964, is a Chinese-built single-seat jet interceptor and fighter aircraft derived from the Soviet Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-17. The J-5 was exported as the F-5. The aircraft's NATO reporting name is "Fresco"" --Wikipedia The F-5 is in the HUD-4 database...is the J-5 different enough to need its own entry? ANW HUD 4 v1.1 b10

Minor correction for ALL of the LCS platforms... It looks like all of them should have, in addition to their currently listed weapons... 4 x 12.7 GPMG 2 x Mk46 30 mm. Bushmaster II The Independence-class has the four machine guns already, but not the two Bushmasters; the Freedom-class variants do not appear to have either yet. (Obviously, one would want not only the weapons added but magazines allowing re-loads, too.) ANW HUD-4 v1.2

Hongdu JL-8 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hongdu_JL-8 Okay, it's a "trainer" but look at the range of weapons it can carry. A lot of countries use this...in fact, with some of these countries, they may call it a trainer, but I wouldn't be surprised if it sees a lot of use in combat, at least in low threat environments. ARTY BM-21 Grad https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BM-21 "The BM-21 launch vehicle (Russian: БМ-21 "Град"), (Grad) a Soviet truck-mounted 122 mm multiple rocket launcher,[1] and a M-21OF rocket[2] were developed in the early 1960s. BM stands for boyevaya mashina, ‘combat vehicle’, and the nickname grad means ‘hail’. The complete system with the BM-21 launch vehicle and the M-21OF rocket has designation as M-21 Field Rocket System. The complete system is more commonly known as a Grad multiple rocket launcher system. In NATO countries, the system (either the complete system or the launch vehicle only) was initially known as M1964. Several other countries have copied it or d…

Abnaki class tug http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abnaki_class_tug Okay, normally I wouldn't suggest a tug, except these tugs are now used as patrol boats with various Latin American and Asian navies...normally with a 3-inch gun, some AA guns, sometimes depth charge racks depending on whose navy they're with, etc. (Bizarre as it sounds, the class might need more than one listing.) Some of them are still in service and likely to celebrate their 70th birthdays at the rate they're going! ANW HUD-4 v1b6

ANW 3.11.1 HUD4v1.11 I am unable to add the UK F-4K Phantom FG.1 to the carrier Ark Royal (R09 CATOBAR version, not the STOVL Invincible Class version). I am unable to add it to any carrier. It looks like the Carrier Capable flag is missing from the record. Would it be possible to get that corrected in a future update of the database. I am working on some hypothetical 1982 Falklands War scenarios, with the British still having the Ark Royal in commission with Phantoms, Buccaneers, Gannets, and Sea Kings, and how that might have effected the course of the battle. Thank you for your assistance. Allen Hartzell
