January 7, 20224 yr As a former cold war era aviation AW, I was very interested in your article. I was unable to get parts 1 and 2, and would really like to peruse both. As mentioned, I was interested in what you wrote in part 3, but noticed you didn't mention fixed (P-2 and S-2 & S-3) and rotary (H-2 & H-3) wing aircraft and the ASW carrier (CVS) history. I understand this isn't a history lesson, but your having mentioned the DASH caused me to think of the contributions those aircraft and the crews that flew them made to ASW. Having said all that, I'd like to ask for a link to parts 1 & 2 of your article. Thanks.
