HCE scenarios pause in group and unit maps - time continues but icons only move when i click on something on the map.

Icons do not move unless you click on one in the unit or group map.  Result is you dont see accurate position of planes and missiles causing you to react slowly and often with disatrous results.

Seen that one myself but only when there's a lot going on and my pitiful CPU/memory is being taxed.

Can you let us know what scenario you were playing so we can check it out.

Can you try with the most recent beta?  That will help us know if the issue has already been addressed (every now and again I tinker with the map redraw code).  https://harpgamer.com/harpforum/topic/29035-current-files/
