Behaviour is as follows: Active RH missile (whether AAM, ASM or SSM) appears to reach its intended target and then disappear. As if the terminal engagement did not happen. Examples: EC2003 IOPG scenarios have some installations with names drawn from HCDA, not HCDB. EC2003 GIUK scenarios have some installations with names drawn from original stock DB, not HCDB. A pair of enemy helicopters (Helix, iirc) along the missile flight path decoyed ALL of the missiles.
