Issue Information ⦁ Issue ID #000066 ⦁ Issue Type Issue ⦁ Severity 0 – None Assigned ⦁ Status 21 - Fix Coded ⦁ Version 2009.102 ⦁ Fixed in 2014.001 Bearing Only TASM AttackPosted by eeustice on 03 April 2014 - 06:00 PM Westpac Battle set default Harpoon db. When launching a TASM or any other type of missile at a bearing only contact the TASM is shot down by your own TG or hits a ship in your own TG sinking your ship. I have seen this with air launched weapons. Attached is the test scenario and saved game just as the SAM is launched at the TASM (TASM2.0022) and the file 1 min before the launch (TASM2-0021). The scenario file name is TASM3 Please let me know if you need any additional info. Thanks Guys! Eric Issue-066-Bearing-Only-TASM-Attack.pdf TASM2.0021.zip

Issue Information Issue ID #000064 Issue Type Issue Severity 1 – Low Status 23 – Fix Accepted By Reporter Version 2009.102 Fixed in 2014.008 Ferry 0Posted by Grumble on 26 October 2013 - 02:09 PM Ferry mission to carrier groups targets the lowest numbered (00?) surface unit of the group, even what that unit is not a carrier. Aircrafts end up embarked on a destroyer. When aircrafts are ordered manually to land on the same group the carrier is selected correctly. Check: Launch an F18 on ferry from Ras Karma to ACC, Full Report of the Hornet shows home base DDG 75. F6 to Ras Karma, then F6 to ACC (need F6 Ras Karma first, F6 to current home group does not reset home base) and full rep. shows home base Eisenhower. Issue-064-Ferry-0.pdf ferry00.zip

Issue Information Issue ID #000061 Issue Type Issue Severity 0 - None Assigned Status UNFILED Version 2009.102 Fixed in Click to refresh screenPosted by Grumble on 26 October 2013 - 08:59 AM A strange one, playing HDS8 9.0, Demise of the 7th fleet, about 12 hours into the scenario the Group window is only being refreshed (redrawn) once a minute (~) real time, Unit window is refreshed normally. I can force Group refresh if I click in the Group window. The issue is consistent, persists through save/reload, both with 2009.097 and 2009.102 and tested on two machines. Other scenarios, but even saves of HDS8 9.0 from few hours earlier are OK. Corrupt save file?? Low prio, posted for the record. Issue Information Issue ID #000063 Issue Type Issue Severity 0 - None Assigned Status 10 - Confirmed Version 2009.102 Fixed in VTOL Tu-22MPosted by Grumble on 26 October 2013 - 12:55 PM Planes are ignoring runway size (in HDS8?). The very least AI formation patrols and scenario embedded strike missions do. Tu-22m bombers are based only at ZTa Bangalore, In HDS8 9.0, but the bombers were still harassing me after I reduced Bangalore runway size to VTOL-only with an antirunway mission. (showall) The two savefiles attached show the Backfires caught in the act. On the ground in the first, 5 minutes later airborne. ZTa also still has Su-27 and Mig-31 formation patrols. Using showall I was also able to manually launch bombers. Landing is restricted ok, ZTa is not available for them. Runway size should ideally restrict any airops, patrols and also homecoming planes, bingo, winchester, etc. Hint: should it be too complicated to redirect AI planes, catch this case on landing and crash them "due to pilot error" .
