Missile Intercept not Possible but Unit Continues to Fire
Hi All, Been away a while. Appears I have a bunch of catching up to do. Wanted to share a brief summary of a problem to see if anyone has had the same experience. Will upload a scenario to demonstrate the issue over the weekend. Issue: Two pairs of SCUD missiles are launched from a RED land unit over water. Target is a BLUE airfield. The SCUDs are traveling about 3800 knots at VHIGH altitude. I have an AEGIS equipped Kongo class (BMD capable) loaded with SM-3 Block 1A slightly north of the SCUD travel path with both air and surface radar energized. The Kongo initially shoots three SM-3's with the targets about 68 nm out. Usually, the 3 SM-3's hit one of the four targets. The Kongo will next shoot 3 SM-2MR Block IIIA's. I assume the switch to a SM-2MR missile occurs because the SCUDs are within the SM-2MR envelope at this point. About 60 percent of the time there is one hit. Afterward, because the SCUD's velocity is higher than the SM-2MR and the SCUDs are passing the Kongo, a SM-2MR cannot catch the SCUD. As such, I would think the model would switch back to the SM-3. However, the Kongo will continue to fire 3 SM-2MR's at a time, which apparently "self destruct" as soon as they are launched. The occurs until the SM-2MR inventory is used up at which time the Kongo would again start using the SM-3 or the SCUD is outside the range of the SM-2MR and then the unit would start using the SM-3. Any ideas? Scenario to follow. Thanks in advance and Happy May. George

Lost missiles
Just notice air to air missile problem in which after engaging other aircraft with missile remaining missiles would disappear from remaining AC magazines. Example 4 plane group each with 4BVR and 4WVR missile engage 4 enemy AC. After firing on the enemy AC the total of fired missiles and remaining missiles would vary. Each red group contained 16 BVR missiles. The F15 would fire eight but only 7 or less BVR missile would remain sometime all remaining BVR missiles would simply disappear. They would fire 8BVR missiles and upon inspection of attacking group in unit window, one or more extra missiles would be gone leaving 7 or less. Cntr Alt S show no other than the missiles originally fired existed anymore. It was as if they had been used. I am including a small scenario to test with. In the scenario the two blue bases will launch their AC against the Red base. Upon launch simply put Blue AC at highest altitude with radar on and attack red base to get attention from formation CAP. The red base has eight different type fighter groups launched in formation. Expected behavior Red AC engaging with BVR missiles. Each red group had 16 missiles to use on blue AC. Blue player AC are to be used a bait and not to attack as they are to be bait. Behavior was Red AC groups would intercept and engage blue group firing an initial missile volley. Upon reviewing in unit window red AC groups did appear to have expended more missile than on group and unit window even with Cntr Alt S on. The extra missiles were not found on either window or on the plane and seemed to have disappeared. The was not the case of the Blue player controlled AC if it fired. Tested with Export.dll,s present and not. Pacmissile test.scq

Possible bad Westpac Map 2025.025
in GE vers 2025.025 scenario 2 there are a significant number of aground ships. When looking in the Scenario Editor and comparing with 2022.027 the BS map appears to have been distorted. Screen shots below
