The HUD4 is aimed at continuing the HUD - Harpoon Users' Database series tradition of maintaining a standard database for use by scenario designers and those wishing to use platforms, as they appear in the current version of the Harpoon modern naval tactical warfare rules. It also aims to correct mistakes, omissions and bugs that appeared in the original database (ODB) available with the Harpoon2/3 computer game.
