Can't remember where I saw it, but Taiwan is looking to get second hand FFG-7s to replace their Knox FFs.
I saw that too, looks like there are several countries interested in them. Pakistan, (dumb move if we give them any of them0 and IIRC the Philippines want a couple of them also.

Too late. The ex USS McInerney was transferred in August 2010.
