scenario editor and 64 bit

no matter what i have tried i can't get scenario editor to work with my 64 bit system, i have tried compatiblility modes of all sorts with vista and still no effect, i miss this editor, any great minds have a simple solution?

The SE is a 16 bit program.

Check out this thread.

I use the SE with 64 bit Windows 7 Pro and Windows Virtual PC. Works like a charm.

This is good to know--I wasn't sure because they say some programs won't work even with the upgrade and Virtual PC--although I'm not sure I want to pay $90 just to be able to run one program. I'm having fun with H3 right now, so I may hold off for a bit. But it is good to know it will work when I finally get around to doing it.
